Cancellation Policy
Summary: All cancellations require 24 hour notice to avoid a penalty.
- The Trainer will give the Client at least 24 hours notice of necessary schedule changes, and reschedule missed sessions. If 24 hours notice is not given an additional free session or refund of the cost of the individual session will be given to the client.
- The Client will give the Trainer at least 24 hours notice when schedule changes are necessary, and will reschedule missed sessions. If 24 hour notice is not given (absent of dire emergency or illness) it will count as Client forfeiture and be deducted from the pre-paid package.
- Medical conditions prohibiting the safe conduct of training sessions, which cause a delay in using purchased sessions beyond the noted expiration date, will be given an additional 90 days grace period. The sessions may be refunded with a physician's note.
- If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the Trainers services, a refund for pre-paid services not performed will be issued upon receipt of written explanation from the Client to the Trainer. The client will be refunded for unused pre-paid sessions and/or services.
